This policy explains what personal data we collect on diahealthylife.ge, what we use it for and what rights you have. We process data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

1. Who we are

We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect

• Newsletter sign-up — only your email address.
• Orders via WhatsApp — your name, phone number, delivery address, the products you ordered and the amount.
• Cart — the products you choose are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not create user accounts.

3. What we use data for

• processing and delivering your order, and communicating about it — to perform our contract with you;
• sending news and offers — only with your consent;
• meeting our accounting and tax obligations — as required by law.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only as far as necessary:

• the delivery service — your name, phone and address, to deliver the order;
• the bank — when you pay by bank transfer or receive a refund;
• technical partners — Netlify (website hosting and the newsletter form), WhatsApp / Meta (order messages) and the email service we use to send our news.

Some of these companies process data outside Georgia, under their own data protection standards.

5. How long we keep data

• your email address — until you unsubscribe;
• order data — for as long as needed to fulfil the order, and accounting records for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data or restrict how we process it;
• withdraw your consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing);
• complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

7. Asking for your data to be deleted

To have your data deleted, email us at diahealthylife@gmail.com (subject: "Data deletion") or message us on WhatsApp at +995 558 11 44 84. Tell us the email address or phone number you contacted us from. We will carry out your request and reply within 10 working days. All your data will be deleted except what the law requires us to keep (for example, accounting documents).

8. Unsubscribing

Every email we send contains an "Unsubscribe" link that stops our emails with one click. You can also simply write to us at diahealthylife@gmail.com.

9. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only stores your cart and your chosen language, which the site needs to work. You can delete them in your browser settings.

10. Age

Our site and products are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors — if we find any, we will delete it immediately.

11. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who need your data to fulfil your order have access to it.

12. Changes
